If you have an accountant? or audited? What type of company?

All tests are performed to a standard like ISO 9000/2000, etc.
Do you have a standard that they are auditing?
Some questions
Who is the manager of quality?
What is the mission statement and corporate quality policy?
Work Instructions? Where are you?
Where are the documents that the training? Who trained you?
