Hyperextension of the spine, risky or not? - hyperextension exercise
Hello guys!
It seems difficult to me to a satisfactory conclusion as to whether the hyperextension of the spine is safe or not (and if so) how much to achieve.
I considered the question deeply and sources on the safety and health seem to contradict the hyperextension of the spine together, and so far, in the interest of safety, health and spinal cord hyperextension seems to be pretty certain (mild degree and what I want).
Because of the advantages of a broad consensus on the exercise of "Hunters" bridge a photo (of him on the network can not be found), I thought in my training take over.
What are your thoughts on the hyperextension of the spine and / or reduce the "fight"? A light bridge safe? All thoughts and ideas and, preferably, the facts very grateful!
People Cheers,
I hope everyone had a great Christmas!

I think we definitely want to be very careful with this movement. They said that a mild form of exercise is better than a little difficult. More importantly, should start small and work up to several versions of it. to increase progressively the full pre-shaped to make you less vulnerable to injury. It would be a good idea to try to force the muscles and the muscles in order to secure them with other exercises.
