At 95, I think, on 5 July, some 100 people were injured when a huge platform porch collapsed during a concert camp. 2 fans also died that night, but his death was reported in organizational development. It was shortly after the death threats and riots Jerry mad at Deer Creek.

Moreover, at 95, at RFK 3 persons were to be struck by lightning during the show, but all survived.

in 89 in Las Vegas, a fan was beaten to death by security personnel.

I'm sure there were other incidents, but a group of 95 I remember very clearly

Deadhead is correct and I think a 95 is what you are looking for. However, not things like this no more frequently than twice in the list. In 1980, a balcony broke out in a Grateful Dead show at the time of year again. The Forum was launched in December '89 to life (2 months after Brendan Byrne), several people died due to roughness of the LAPD. Unfortunately, problems like these have become more frequent in the 80s and 90s.
