The only time in May when an employer legally require an employee to be seen during a working lunch, which is usually not paid on time, or when they leave the factory, for personal business. At any other time spent at work is called "working time" and must be paid.
Even if the "abuse of the bath" occurs, employees are not required to "punch out". They are subject to discipline (simulation) when an unusual amount of time spent in the bathroom.
I am fascinated by the requirement that workers are also obliged to "get off the clock," unless the nonexempt types of offices that have the same wages as workers' rights at the time.
If this season of "Bad" does not allow you 40 hours of work a normal work week (5 days to receive 8 hours), then I suspect that the employer make regular payments of cattle workers in May and in some cases, payment of overtime , calculated according to the "40 hours".
Contact the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor to investigate and, if notSary, a complaint.

Do not really know the United States, I am a lawyer from outside the United States and where I come from, is clearly illegal. However, it can contribute to this link.

No, do not know what you are. It reminds me a job I had at that time, three years ago. I did urinate twice before the first hour is over. I have tried my coffee before I before I scored the first pee in the urine. If it is a diploma or certificate, the kind of **** you have to put up with!
No way! OSHA convert!
The Council's request for the job?
Are you a union ????? Go to the personal situation to ask?
